“The Light Within Us”, ORIGINAL SOLD
Deep within each of us, there is a beautiful light. Children are deeply connected to it. It is playful, creative and full of joy. This is my interpretation of that light.
Description
This acrylic painting was a joy to create. I got really involved in each of the formations of the clouds, gradually forming them with thin layers. It was my most intricate painting up to this point. I had been building up to it because I knew it would require a new level of skill to create. When I did tackle it, it came together more smoothly than expected. Then it sold online within only 10 minutes of posting.
The original reference photograph is one I took off the coast of the Bahamas.
