Helpful Things To Know:
Here are a few helpful things to know when making your decisions:
The print drop will be live from 9:00AM EST on Saturday to 5:00pm EST on Sunday. When it’s over, it’s over!
All the prints are limited edition. They will each be signed, numbered, and include a certificate of authenticity.
For Paper prints, the print size includes the margin of the paper, so it is easier for framing. The print will be signed on the margin.
For Canvas prints, the print size refers to the image area that will be visible on the front when the canvas is stretched on stretcher bars. Additional “reflection edges” will be printed at the sides of the image for the purpose of wrapping around the stretcher bars. This will mean you can display your canvas unframed or framed with a floating frame. It basically gives you more framing options.
Canvas prints will be signed on the image area in the front corner with a silver pen. This will be visible even after stretching and framing.
All the canvas prints are unstretched and will be rolled and shipped securely in a tube. You can easily get your local framer to stretch the print on stretcher bars for you. After that, you can frame it if you wish but it will look great unframed too. For very large prints, this approach saves you thousands of dollars in shipping.
All prints are made to order after the print drop takes place. You can expect it to take about three weeks for your print to be produced and shipped to you. I will be packing them myself.
All prints will be shipped via courier. Prices will be calculated on the website when you place your order.
All sizes are in inches and prices are in USD. Thank you for translating to your own currency!
If you live outside the US, your country may charge you customs charges. The United States does not charge export duties, so all customs charges will be charged by your country. Please make sure you have accurate contact details on your order so the courier can get in touch with you. You will have other pay the customs duties before they deliver your package. Just to be clear, customs charges are not included in the order you place with Jenny Kiehn Art.

Are these prints available any other time?
Prints are only available during print drops. You cannot place print orders at any other time. This helps preserve Jenny’s time for painting. All orders must be placed by 5:00pm ET on Sunday October 19th.
When I place my order, how long will it take to be shipped?
Print orders will be shipped within three weeks from the time of ordering. This allows time for the prints to be produced, signed, numbered, stamped, and packaged.
What kind of prints do you do?
Jenny does paper prints and canvas prints. All Jenny’s prints are archival which means as long as they are cared for properly they will not go yellow for at least 100 years. They are museum quality and printed on acid free paper and canvas. The paper is Arches 88 and the canvas is Epson Exhibition Canvas Matte.
If I don’t like it, can I return it?
No, since all the prints are made to order, you cannot return it. However, if it gets damaged in shipping we will happily replace it.
What do I do if the print is damaged?
Every effort will be made to package your print securely, however if it gets damaged in shipping we will happily replace it. Just take photographs of the damaged package, the damaged print and email them to jenny@jennykiehn.com.
What is the image size for the paper prints?
The size of the paper prints refers to the outer edge of the paper so you can easily get a frame for your print. There will be a white margin of approximately an inch for ease of framing and so that Jenny can sign, number, and stamp your print off of the image area itself.
How do the canvas prints work?
The size of the canvas print refers to the image area that will be on the front of the canvas after it is stretched around a stretcher frame. A reflection edge will be printed around the image giving the impression that the image wraps around the frame when it is stretched. This imitates the way that Jenny paints the edges of the canvas on her original paintings. In addition there will be an inch and a half white border around the reflection edge so the canvas can be stapled on the back of the stretcher frame. The print will be signed and numbered with a silver pen on the front corner of the canvas so it is visible after stretching.
The canvas will be rolled and shipped in a tube. You will need to get it stretched by a framer in your local area. This is standard practice and very easy for them to do.
What does limited edition mean?
All of Jenny’s prints are limited editions, which means she will only sell a limited number of these types of prints. As a result, your print will grow in value over time. You will also receive a signed Certificate of Authenticity to prove that your print is legitimate. It also means that when they are sold out, they will no longer be printed.
Where does Jenny get her prints made?
Jenny uses a local printing service called Asheville Fine Art Printing. They specialize in the highest quality fine art prints and are local in Jenny’s area. By purchasing from Jenny, you support local business in the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina, USA.
What shipping service do you use?
Depending on the area we are shipping to, we use UPS, FedEx and occasionally the US postal service. If you live in an area where you want there to be a signature required for delivery, this can be added at no additional charge.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide.
How much will the shipping cost?
Shipping will be calculated by a shipping calculator on the website. You will be able to find out how much it costs before you place your order.
How do you handle customs charges?
If you are outside of the United States and your country charges import duties, you will need to pay the courier for these charges before they deliver your package. It is essential that you provide accurate contact details so they can contact you. The United States does not charge for items to leave the country, so all customs charges will be issued by your home country.
