Description
This is “Peace at Sea 3”. It’s about the feeling of a peacefully calm sea, the infinite horizon, and ripples extending out endlessly. It’s the deep, satisfying exhale as all your tension melts away.
This is actually a remake of “Peace at Sea 2”, one of my favorite paintings from a few years ago. This is the first time I’ve ever repainted from exactly the same reference image, and it was exciting to see how much my technique has developed the last few years. I love this version and feel proud of how far I’ve come.
